A leading sports construction company in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for sports pitch construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of site supervision experience and strong knowledge of construction processes. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and communicate effectively with project managers. This role involves managing teams and subcontractors across various projects within the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in construction projects, preferably with sports pitches.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, surveying, and setting out.
• Willingness to travel and work across UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
