Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai seeks a qualified individual for a civil engineering position. The successful candidate will supervise daily onsite operations, coordinate labor forces, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a diploma in civil engineering and at least 10 years of experience in civil construction, especially in the UAE. Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary. The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily onsite operations and ensure work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage site labor force subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor and report progress delays and onsite issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Review drawings and specifications and ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities daily reports and attendance records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workers onsite.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of tools materials and equipment.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Must have minimum 1012 years of relevant experience in civil construction preferably in the UAE/GCC
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction methods materials and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
