Qualifications

• ServiceNow certified administrator – ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
• Mandatory experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus.
• Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
