Mobility is the goal

• You actively hunt for 3rd party units (non‑Schindler units), develop, and create customer relationships in the UAE.
• You ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints in collaboration with the Schindler team.
• You document and maintain the customer and contact information.
• You are accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base.
• You are accountable for finding customer needs and Schindler’s solution matching those needs.
• You maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date.

Mobility needs you

• You like to think and act like an entrepreneur, viewing situations from multiple perspectives and exploring alternative solutions for business problems.
• You like working with a team, can motivate and inspire people and mobilize them towards a common objective.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a candidate with a management degree will have an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• IT Skills: MS‑Office, SAP, SharePoint is an asset.
• 4‑8 years of experience in Sales.
