We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Service business based in our Dubai UAE office. In this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base, identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

What will you do
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
  • Document and maintain the customer and contact information
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets, including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
  • Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needs
  • Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
  • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits while keeping CRM up to date
Are you the one
  • Bachelors Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Sales experience
  • Highly motivated goal-oriented diligent organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • UAE experience is a must.
