Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Schneider Modicon PLC platforms.
• Develop and modify PLC programs.
• Integrate PLCs with BMS using Modbus TCP/RTU and BACnet.
• Diagnose PLC hardware and HVAC device faults.
• Prepare compliance documentation.

Your Role

• Installation, Configuration & Commissioning
  • Install and commission Schneider Modicon PLC platforms (M221, M241, M262, M340, M580)
  • Implement HVAC logic for AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Pumps, VAVs, and BMS interfaces.
• PLC & HMI Software Engineering
  • Develop and modify PLC programs using EcoStruxure Machine Expert and Control Expert.
  • Create and update HMI screens and control dashboards.
• HVAC Controls Integration & BMS Communication
  • Integrate PLCs with BMS using Modbus TCP/RTU and BACnet.
  • Configure VFDs and HVAC equipment.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Service Delivery
• Diagnose PLC hardware, communication issues, and HVAC device faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare reports, I/O checklists, FAT/SAT documents, and service logs.
• Client Support & Training
  • Support facility teams and provide technical training.

About You

• Bachelor’s in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation.
• Preferably 3–7 years in PLC with HVAC controls.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, P&IDs, control diagrams, and sequence logic.
• Experience with EcoStruxure, Modicon PLCs, HVAC systems, and communication protocols.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Frequent site travel required
