Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas tendering or contracts leadership within the GCC or Iraq.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bid / No-Bid reviews, scheduling, and evaluation committees.
• Coordinate technical and commercial alignment between teams.
• Review terms and conditions, deviations, and risks.
• Achieve a win rate of 40–50% in core segments.
• Maintain zero contract non-compliances.
• Drive cycle-time reduction across all bid stages.

Strong legal and commercial negotiation skills

Proficiency in Odoo Tender modules

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to lead cross-functional teams
