Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project management, inspection, and execution of civil/structural projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering and 5-7 years of experience in insite and precast construction. Responsibilities include ensuring contract compliance, quality assurance, and managing site activities. A valid UAE driving license and Dubai Municipality Registration are required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of local experience related to in-site and precast construction.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Experience with QA/QC inspections and management activities on-site.

Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect projects to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Evaluate and address site coordination and quality issues with contractors.
• Prepare fortnightly progress reports for senior management.
