Description

Manage procurement across multiple categories including interior fitouts, facilities management, logistics, and technology.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmark costs, and source innovative suppliers.
• Support RFx processes and contribute to negotiation strategies for favorable terms and conditions.
• Optimize spend using ERP data, consolidate procurement needs, and reduce ad‑hoc tenders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Profile

• Strong multi‑category procurement skills, especially in interior fitout (luxury environments), with added exposure to FM, logistics, or technology sourcing.
• Understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement cycle in the centralised procurement structure.
• Solid analytical and commercial capability, including market research, cost analysis, and strong Excel/ERP (SAP) proficiency.
• Effective vendor and stakeholder management, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
• Proven ability to execute RFx processes, evaluate proposals, ensure compliance, and support timely project delivery.
• Agile, organized, and performance driven, with a proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
