A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Site HSE Engineer to join their supervision services team. The role involves reviewing HSE plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, conducting audits, and training staff on HSE practices. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in HSE within construction projects, possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and preferably hold HSE certification. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential for successful communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a regional/multinational engineering firm in an HSE function.
• Demonstrated experience within an HSE function on construction supervision projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with high quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with the Quality & HSE Section for HSE plan development.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on HSE for staff.
• Review and comment on contractors' HSE plans ensuring compliance.
• Conduct HSE audits and meetings on site.
