Job description

Job Purpose: Join our Group Security team, where you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security across the Emirates Group. Our diverse security units include Security Training, Group Security Command Centre, Airport Security Unit, Crime Prevention & Investigation Unit, Threat & Risk Assessment Unit, Aviation Security Compliance, Assurance & Regulation, and Business Support Unit—all working together to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and conduct random checks of personnel deployed in all security assignments to ensure that instructions and procedures are carried out.
• Prepare reports on all incidents during the shift, and submit to the relevant supervisor, for escalation to management where required.
• Prepare the work rosters to ensure the most efficient utilisation of manpower and thereby reduce overtime payments.
• Support preliminary investigations by collecting facts (e.g. workplace inspection etc.) in order to determine suitable action.
• Participate in the execution of operations as and when required for example, events (air show etc.), flight delays, staff shortages and other ad hoc services.
• Provide supervision to outsourced security personnel (Transguard Patrol) that are deployed at the Group facilities to ensure conformity to the Group Security Policy and requirements.

Qualifications

• 10 Years schooling or equivalent
• 3+ Years experience in Security (General) with experiences in the aviation security field is preferred
• Experienced in Microsoft word and Excel.
• Fluent in English (oral and written), Arabic would be advantageous.
