The ideal candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- 5+ years of experience working in SaaS, ideally dealing with complex sales cycles
- Capable of influencing deal share best practices and scaling negotiation tactics
- Ability to support teammates in reaching quotas proactively.
- Internal collaboration with SDR, regional sales ops, manager and team for pipeline management and deal progression.
- Owns all parts of the sales process, primarily focused on working closely with complex deals.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments to align sales efforts with company-wide objectives and deliver a seamless experience for customers.
- Humble, focused and team first.
