Premium landscaping firm, is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our client base and drive growth across the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a motivated and strategic professional who combines relationship‑building skills with business acumen.

Description
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies and interior and fit‑out contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow‑up to close deals.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Represent at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development.
