Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status.
• Develop and maintain the staffing plan.
• Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyze performance trends and forecast manpower needs.
• Liaise with IPMT teams and internal stakeholders.
