• 15+ years of experience in major Brownfield oil & gas projects.
• 5+ years in a similar leadership position.
• Experience in GCC region, Pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed engineering.

• Drive technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure HSSE compliance.
