Job summary

A leading global design and engineering firm seeks a Senior Planning Engineer with over 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and managing construction schedules for luxury townhouse and residential projects in the Middle East. Candidates should have a degree in construction management or civil engineering and ideally possess experience in the region. Fluency in Arabic is a plus. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Good track record of working on luxury townhouses, villas, residential buildings.
• Experience working in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial baseline schedules with minimal project information.
• Prepare and manage strategic programmes including design and construction schedules.
• Coordinate preparation of master planning and engineering schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare project reports.
• Involve key stakeholder requirements in the baseline.
