Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Using sharp technical and analytical skills, develop and deliver outbound performance marketing programs with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy to drive SafeContractor new business client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR and any future products in the UK to meet new business performance targets across the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. Deeply analytical, own the reporting and monitor success metrics for the outbound marketing performance channel and identify critical improvement opportunities within the programs with action items to address.

  • Utilise AI optimisation, A/B, split & multivariate testing, and attribution modelling to drive intent, conversion, growth.
  • Proactively responsible for outbound budgeting and forecasting for new business SafeContractor client, SafeWorkforce, SafeHR.
  • Full ownership for design, creation, execution, performance and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the outbound performance marketing team of managers and executives (4 currently), customer performance marketing manager and external agencies where required.
  • Develop multi‑product outbound campaigns including ABM, sector‑focused client campaigns such as webinars, and marketing automation that drive trigger events.
  • Oversee lead nurturing campaigns and event marketing for all SafeContractor divisional products.
  • Drive data‑driven experiments in marketing campaigns that innovate user experience and engagement.
  • Work in partnership Head of Field Sales in client pipeline‑building within their designated territories and sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant experience managing performance‑based activity to ensure ROI.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering highly targeted, effective campaigns to drive lead quality, conversions, and revenue.
  • Clear ability to align marketing efforts with sales strategy.
  • Experience leading a high‑performing, target‑oriented marketing ecosystem.
  • Commercial experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
  • Strong experience managing performance marketing strategies across broad sales cycles.
  • Experience creating an acquisition strategy across all outbound channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Marketing Automation software (HubSpot a plus).
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing existing customer programmes to drive retention and stickiness.
