A leading customer experience solutions provider is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager in the UAE, focusing on expanding the partner ecosystem in the GCC & North Africa market. Responsibilities include driving partner-led sales through AI-driven customer experience solutions, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating closely with partners to close customer opportunities. Candidates should have 7–10+ years of partner sales experience and a strong understanding of customer needs. The ideal applicant will effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders while being fluent in English, and knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.

Genesys is seeking an astute Senior Partner Account Manager to enhance our partner operations within the vibrant GCC & North Africa market (excluding Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria and Bahrain).
As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will help expand our industry‑leading partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on AI‑driven customer experience (CX) innovation. The Partner team is responsible for opening new routes to market by enabling partners to build, position, and sell customer experience offers that leverage AI at speed and scale, while also strengthening strategic partner relationships.
