A construction management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage and lead construction supervision activities. Key responsibilities include supervising MEP trades, coordinating with QAQC and HSE Managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Construction Supervision Consultant (MEP) and monitor the deliverables of consultant.
• Support and supervise various MEP trades, especially specialists.
• Supervise and coordinate with QAQC and HSE Managers to ensure goals are met.
• Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning.
• Manage Commissioning Agents activities.
• Represent Employer and PMC on-site for Authority inspections and approvals.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the project.
• Technically assess MEP variations and advise on impact.
• Evaluate MEP contractor performance.
• Monitor submission dates, delays, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies.
