Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience with both consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing mechanical engineering activities across all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for technical alignment.
• Provide input on value engineering opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Review and comment on mechanical design submissions ensuring compliance.
• Supervise the site execution of mechanical works.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
