Job description
Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A reporting and analysis for the Value Added Services (VAS) business unit in the CEMEA region contributing to VAS and Finance leadership achieving business objectives by providing financial insights and standardizing and optimizing forecast and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, technical, analytical and collaboration skills with significant FP&A experience and the ability to work within a matrix organization. This position will interact with key Global and Regional VAS & Finance leadership teams.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and strategic financial reporting and analysis aligning with corporate financial goals and providing insights for business decision‑making. The role also involves enhancing and proposing processes to elevate FP&A capabilities and drive efficiency within the Finance function.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Lead the consolidation and reporting of VAS business unit across financials and KPIs ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead and contribute to materials for executive management review with best clarity, accuracy and timeliness of analysis (MBR QBRs etc).
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline and enhance the consolidation of financial data from various business units and geos.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior leadership identifying key trends, risks and opportunities within the VAS business.
  • Lead planning of key cycles collaborating with finance and business teams to ensure adequate planning of deliverables and key process dependencies.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to develop forecasts, budgets and long‑term financial plans.
  • Streamline and simplify FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, reducing cycle times and improving accuracy.
  • Leverage the latest technologies to automate financial processes including data gathering, analysis and reporting to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in financial management and reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Hyperion TM1, Power BI Advances, MS Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience and willingness to learn with automation technologies and tools such as AI and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time‑sensitive deliverables.
