Black Pearl is partnering with a renowned organization in the UAE seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - HR Talent Management to join their growing team. This is a stand-alone role reporting directly to the VP of HR where the successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement innovative talent management strategies from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Identify attract and develop top talent for the organization through effective recruitment strategies onboarding and continuous employee development programs.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Policy & Process Creation: Write and implement talent management policies and processes to ensure consistency efficiency and alignment with best practices.
  • Talent Retention: Develop and execute programs that ensure top performers are retained including career development opportunities succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leadership Development: Create programs to nurture high-potential employees into leadership roles within the organization.
  • Change Management: Support HR initiatives and lead efforts in managing organizational change including implementing programs that support a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Training & Development: Work closely with the Learning & Development teams to create and implement training programs that align with the companys objectives and foster professional growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status of talent management programs including metrics on recruitment development and retention.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and other departments to understand business needs and ensure that HR strategies align with organizational goals.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Experience: At least 10 years of work experience with 3-5 years in a managerial role within talent management performance management or organizational development.
  • Industry Background: Experience in power energy EPC or multinational companies is ideal.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of HR policies practices and procedures particularly in talent management.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful talent management programs.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Location: The candidate should be based in the UAE.
