We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at subsidiary company in Dubai, which is part of a multi-national LATAM company.

All positions are newly been created to be on-site for the Dubai office. Full visa support to re-locate to Dubai will be offered along with initial months accommodation package will also be provided with the monthly salary and other benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical problems via phone, email, and remote access tools
  • Document and maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical concepts
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to enhance user experience
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users in utilizing technology effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices and operating systems
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls
