Job Summary

Our client, a multinational company is looking for a Senior Inventory Executive (Supply & Demand Planning) to be based in Dubai. The Senior Inventory Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory planning, control, and optimization. This role supports overall operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing stock outs and excess inventory, and ensuring data integrity across inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Planning & Control
    • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational and customer demands.
    • Analyze stock movements and consumption patterns to determine reorder points and safety stock.
    • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
  • Forecasting & System Utilization
    • Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track, plan, and report inventory.
    • Collaborate with internal departments or distributor to forecast inventory needs.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of inventory data and item master records.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports.
    • Monitor inventory related key performance indicators
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control and reduce carrying costs.
    • Support automation and digitization of inventory-related processes.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline), supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory planning and control techniques.
    • Experience working with ERP
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory analysis tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
