Job summary

You will work closely with management to enhance individual and team performance, coach managers, and support various HR processes. Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Experience managing Blue Collar workforce is expected.
• Knowledge of labor laws in UAE, KSA is mandatory.
