Job summary

A leading regional business in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive business performance through effective people management within the Real Estate sector. The role involves partnering with leaders, managing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and shaping the organization’s people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a related field, along with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, especially in real estate development. This role offers a dynamic work environment aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience in Real Estate development or complex corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership for workforce and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the people agenda for Real Estate.
  • Influence senior leaders in people and organization decisions.
  • Manage priority HR initiatives for recognition and performance.
  • Design and execute business and change initiatives effectively.
  • Implement engagement and wellbeing programs to improve morale.
