Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Oversee job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers in goal-setting, coaching, and employee development.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
4. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
- Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
6. Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage resignation, termination, and retirement processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
- Ensure smooth clearance and documentation during employee separation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ Years Experience for Executive
- 5+ years of Senior HR or Assistant HR Manager Role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and Operations, Payroll, compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
