Job summary

A health services company in Dubai is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will partner with hiring managers, maintain employee records, implement appraisal systems, and manage payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR management, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support managers in goal-setting, coaching, and employee development.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

5. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Mediate conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.

6. Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage resignation, termination, and retirement processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
  • Ensure smooth clearance and documentation during employee separation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ Years Experience for Executive

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and Operations, Payroll, compliance requirements.
