Job Responsibilities

• Managing all design projects from concept to delivery, conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for a range of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital media, and more.
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
• Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
• With more than 4 years of experience in a similar role, Agency Background is preferable.
• English Fluency Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software.
• A keen eye for detail.
