Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a multinational organization.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business performance including variance analysis, KPIs, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to regional and global stakeholders.
