About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Marketing (F&B) team at Jumeirah Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Food & Beverage outlets of Jumeirah Al Qasr, Madinat Jumeirah.
  • Support the creation and coordination of marketing content for F&B outlets, including menus, promotional collateral, website content, social media assets, and in-hotel materials.
  • Work collaboratively with the Social Media team, Design team, external agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered to required timelines.
  • Coordinate photography and video shoots for F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah brand guidelines and photography style standards.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers (design, production, photography, printing, etc.) through the wider marketing team, ensuring briefs are clearly communicated and deliverables meet brand standards and support agency workflows by preparing marketing briefs and coordinating feedback internally, while aligning with subject‑matter experts within the team (PR, Digital, Social).
  • Track marketing expenditures across F&B outlets, ensuring accurate recording, accruals, and reporting in line with approved budgets, support monthly forecast accuracy by monitoring planned vs. actual spend and flagging variances where necessary.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience either in FMCG, luxury, hospitality brands or Media agency.
  • Experience in F&B Marketing and international hospitality company is nice to have.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering luxury‑standard content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
