Overview

Senior Application Engineer responsible for integrating business software, managing application support across a range of industries—including HVAC, firefighting systems, water treatment, robotics, and electrical systems—while providing technical support, pre‑sales assistance, and collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate business software and manage application support, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct technical presentations, provide pre‑sales support, and collaborate with sales teams to maximize conversion rates for IT and engineering solutions.
• Generate leads, identify opportunities with clients, and manage sales cycles through proposals and presentations.
• Lead technical solutioning and bid management across ICT, ELV, Digital, AI, and robotics projects, ensuring competitive proposals and strong vendor relationships.
• Provide technical support for HVAC, fire‑fighting systems, water treatment, cable testing, and industrial piping systems, including troubleshooting and testing.
• Oversee a team of Field Application Engineers, manage project delivery, customer relationships, training, and system optimization.
• Prepare quotations, process orders via ERP systems, and maintain client relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in application engineering or technical sales across relevant industries (HVAC, robotics, electrical, or software).
• Strong technical knowledge of the relevant field (airflow, pressure, MV/HV systems, fire‑fighting systems, robotics, HVAC, or industrial piping).
• Proven ability to produce technical proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
• Experience with project management, client relationship management, and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
