Lead E&I Quality Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our quality assurance and control efforts for E&I projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oil & gas operations, specifically with ADNOC projects and PMC experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and metrics.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and testing to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality management.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for staff on quality management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to teams working on various projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas operations, including at least 5 years in EPC and detail engineering projects.
  • Previous experience with ADNOC projects and PMC is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as API Q1, ISO 9001, or AS9100.
  • Experience with quality management software and systems.
