Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a bank.
• Project Management Prince II or PMI or Agile certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation across digital channels.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives for digital products.
• Ensure services meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 certification.
• Manage self and team in line with people management policies.
• Implement approved departmental policies and procedures.
• Contribute to and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards in customer interactions.
