Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with experience in sourcing and supply-chain management, especially in industrial or engineering firms within the GCC. This position involves collaboration with legal and finance teams, and the ability to guide a team and implement best practices in contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• Preferred master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
• 8 to 12 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply-chain management for Bachelor's degree holders.
• 4 to 6 years for master's degree holders.
• Experience in industrial/power/engineering firms in the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
• Oversee contract preparation per company standards.
• Manage contract variations and maintain accurate records.
• Report on contract status to senior management.
• Assess risks in contract terms and provide recommendations.
• Guide and mentor a team of contract management professionals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contracting activities.
• Implement performance indicators for contract management processes.
