Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to drive sales and build brand presence across multiple brands within the hospitality and design sectors in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pitching, planning, and delivering market-leading campaigns for our commercial partners. You will be responsible for expanding our reach, fostering key client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic business development.

This role will require weekly travel to KSA from Dubai with flexibility required for project milestones and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the hospitality and design sectors for the KSA market to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the F&B sector, large hotel groups, resorts, interior design firms, architects, and related clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including hotel chains, resort developers, Mall groups, and others.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the hospitality and design industries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, market feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Travel weekly from Dubai to KSA to meet clients, visit project sites, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and cultural considerations in the KSA hospitality and design markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within media, with strong relationships with the Hospitality sector preferred.
  • Strong network within the KSA hospitality and design sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • A self-motivated individual with superb organisational skills.
  • Driven by exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of all media formats and platforms (digital, print, social, events, etc.) and globally.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Passion for coming up with creative pitches and seeing through to fruition.
  • Able to work creatively and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Education: Must be educated to degree level or equivalent industry qualification with at least five years of experience selling both to agencies and direct to clients.
  • Essential: Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Is excited by the challenge of last-minute ad-hoc projects in addition to daily output.
  • Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong industry reputation (desired).
  • Flexibility and a professional approach at all times.
