Job summary

A financial services provider based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in portfolio analysis and retail banking to enhance business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and communication skills and be capable of managing various tasks simultaneously while providing support to stakeholders. Will require travel within the UAE and to other countries as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in roles of portfolio analysis, credit policy & procedures, market surveys preferred.
  • 3 years experience in retail banking front line sales and/or back office support preferred.
  • 2 years market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proposals to add/update companies in ADIB approved list.
  • Follow ups with stakeholders for timely updates.
  • Enhance business relationships for Retail Business.
  • Key relationship point for clarification and proposal readiness.
  • Monitor proposals and provide timely updates.

Key Accountabilities of the role
RESPONSIBILITIES

proposals to requests to add / update companies business entities to ADIB approved list of companies with evaluation against policy / market study and feedback.

Follow ups with all stakeholder levels and discussion with Credit Policy Risk for timely updates and execution to target market lists.

with internal business stakeholders inclusive Corporate and WBG relationships to enhancement business relationships and partnerships for Retail Business output.

and point of contact interaction for company for clarification and proposal readiness as part of listing engagements engaging as key relationship point on behalf of Retail.

of tracking and MIS on proposal status timeline output effective monitor proposals and timely updates to stakeholders and management as necessary.

any additional activities or assignments deployed by senior management based on business needs.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
  1. Bachelors degree required (preferably in business administration finance or related field)
  2. 5 years experience in roles of portfolio analysis credit (corporate / retail) policy & procedures market surveys (preferred)
  3. 3 years experience in retail banking front line sales and/or back office support preferred
