Job summary

A global leader in HVAC solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to establish and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the UAE market. Responsibilities include implementing key account strategies, conducting client outreach, and customizing offerings based on client feedback. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Engineering, preferably with a Mechanical background, and an MBA is an advantage. 3-5 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a UAE driving license are required.

Role Purpose

Responsible to establish maintain and strengthen a long-term relationship with UAE market key accounts and to work to position Carrier as a world leader in climate and energy solutions and services and present the best Carrier capabilities to create value and become the trusted partner to our strategic customers and to become the clients first choice.

Role Responsibilities
  • Implement the key account strategy and achieve the assigned KPIs.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online research networking events and industry publications. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients for the business.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to prospects through email phone calls and social media to introduce our company and services. Engage in effective communication to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and contracts. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow‑ups.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities. Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions using CRM software. Generate reports on key performance indicators sales metrics and pipeline status.
  • Development: Customize end to end packaged offerings based on clients feedback and propose strategies and solutions
Minimum Requirements
  • Qualification:
  • Engineer graduate Preferable with Mechanical background
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Knowledge:
  • UAE Market & Govt Sectors
  • HVAC solutions is a plus
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • UAE driving license required
  • Excellent Computer literature
