Key Responsibilities
- Act as functional lead for Oracle EBS Finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Treasury.
- Engage finance stakeholders to gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and value stream objectives (VSOs).
- Design and document custom functional solutions where standard Oracle EBS functionality does not meet business needs.
- Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate designs, and ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Plan and execute functional testing, quality assurance activities, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide production support including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure finance systems comply with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Act as a key liaison between finance users, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS Finance as a Functional Analyst, Consultant, or Support Lead.
- Strong functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Treasury modules.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and support in large enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation; working knowledge of PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience with third‑party financial integrations and Oracle tools such as Workflow, Web ADI, or BI Publisher is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
