Overview

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Broker to lead our Life, Accident & Health division in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Based in Dubai, you’ll play a key role in developing the Middle East and North African market, with the opportunity to grow. If you have a strong background in life and health insurance in the ME NA Region, and are ready to build something, we’d love to hear from you.

How you\'ll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and growing our Life, Accident & Health product offerings across the ME NA region. You’ll be part of the wider EMEA Life, Accident & Health team and work closely with our Dubai office to access existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities. Your expertise will help us develop new relationships, build trust in the market, and grow our client base.

You’ll also:

• Evaluate client needs and design, negotiate and place Life and Health reinsurance treaties (traditional and structured solutions)
• Negotiate with carriers to secure the best terms for our clients.
• Provide risk analysis and evaluation of risk management strategies for Life, Accident and Health to our clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members.
• This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to execute your vision while receiving full support from our team.

About you

• You’re a self-starter who thrives on challenges and enjoys building something new.
• At least five years of experience in life and health insurance, with a deep understanding of the ME NA market.
• Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic, French and English sets you apart, and you’re skilled at building relationships and closing deals.

You’ll also bring:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management.
• Proven sales skills and a client-focused approach.
