Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in site inspection.
• Proven experience with high-rise residential towers and luxury hospitality projects.
• Consultancy background with minimum 5 years experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections for compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with contract documents and local regulations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Identify non-conforming work and follow up for corrective actions.
• Inspect architectural finishes and other interior works.
• Coordinate with other inspectors and site teams.
• Participate in snagging and de-snagging activities.
• Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and site documentation.
