We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team focusing on the post-concept design stages of high-rise residential and hospitality projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Lead the development of detailed design solutions for high-rise residential and hospitality projects ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This includes refining initial concepts and integrating technical environmental and regulatory considerations.
• Construction Documentation: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents including detailed drawings, schedules and specifications. Ensure accuracy, clarity and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants such as structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure design integrity and seamless integration of all project components.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws and other relevant regulations.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources including time, budget and personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards of excellence and precision.
