Why You Will Love This Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead packaging projects for McDonald's in the GCC markets and act as the senior client interface for the MEA region, supported by an account manager. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless management of packaging projects and delivery of value to our clients in MEA through a motivated team of one direct report.

This role is based in our Dubai office.

You will join a highly motivated team managing packaging for one of the world's biggest brands, especially at a time when packaging and sustainability challenges are critical.

  • Identify and meet customer needs, increasing perceived tms value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Lead and develop the local team.
  • Understand and proactively support customer business strategies.
  • Seek the best packaging solutions to meet client needs.
  • Review and improve processes regularly.
  • Ensure packaging supply and manage daily requirements.
  • Lead multiple packaging projects.
  • Maintain oversight of activities and produce reports and presentations.

  • Oversee stock depletion and avoid surplus.
Cost & Value Optimization - Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
Reporting - Track project status and produce updates for stakeholders.
  • Provide structured reports to McDonald's and internal teams.
