Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in one of the core modules of SAP (FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, or CS).
• Experience in Industry & Manufacturing domain.
• Experience in setting up Industry activities in SAP is preferred.
• Must speak French.

Responsibilities

• Providing troubleshooting assistance to end-users using SAP ECC.
• Monitoring system alerts and interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP Systems.
• Creating documentation related to known issues and workarounds.
• Engaging with service partners to ensure quality of service.
