Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled Sales/Service Engineer with expertise in CNC plasma cutting and laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and ensuring the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales ability, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CNC plasma cutting and laser cutting machines to clients.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC cutting machines at client sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support them throughout the sales and service process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely service delivery.

Products/Experience

• Magnetic‑base drilling machines (electric and pneumatic)
• Portable hydraulic punching machines
• Plate and pipe beveling machines (electric, pneumatic, battery)
• Cutting & welding carriages (electric and battery operated)
• 5‑Axis CNC control pipe/profile cutting machines (e.g., PPCM)
• Gantry beam welding systems (for long structural beams)

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting and laser cutting machines.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines independently.
• Understanding of machine operation, parts, calibration, and safety protocols.
• Proven sales track record in industrial machinery (ideally CNC or metal-cutting equipment).
• Ability to explain technical specs in simple terms to clients.
• Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
