Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Sales Representative to promote the Brilliant Global Competitions in the UAE. This role involves building relationships with schools, conducting outreach, and exceeding participation targets. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in sales or education partnerships within the UAE, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel across the country. A Bachelor's degree in Business Education or Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Established network within the UAE education sectors is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel across the country.

Responsibilities

• Promote and present the Brilliant Global Competitions to schools across the UAE.
• Identify and onboard schools for program participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and education stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach campaigns, school visits and virtual presentations.
• Coordinate with the RVP team on registration and invoicing.
• Represent BGC at education fairs and networking events.
• Meet and exceed regional participation and partnership targets.

Position Overview

RVP Consultants headquartered in the Washington DC area and founded in 2011 has been serving clients across North America, Africa, the Middle East and beyond. As we establish our regional presence in the UAE we are seeking a Sales Representative to onboard schools from the UAE to participate in this global initiative.

About Brilliant Global Competitions

Brilliant Global Competitions (BGC) are international STEM tournaments that inspire middle and high school students to design and prototype innovative solutions to real-world problems using technology and multidisciplinary engineering.
Each year features a unique theme with national competitions held in 6 participating countries and global finalists traveling to Washington D.C. for a world-class showcase.
National winners gain exclusive access to NASA Space CampHarvard andMIT making BGC one of the most impactful global youth innovation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present the Brilliant Global Competitions to schools, education institutions and ministries across the UAE.
• Identify and onboard schools for program participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and education stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach campaigns, school visits and virtual presentations to drive engagement.
• Coordinate with the RVP team on registration, invoicing and communication follow-up.
• Represent BGC at education fairs, expos and networking events.
• Meet and exceed regional participation and partnership targets.
