Job summary

A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced sales administrator to provide essential support to the Sales team. The role includes generating sales offers, managing CRM, and coordinating with agencies to ensure efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a sales admin or coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in real estate or luxury property sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales offers based on Sales team’s requests.
  • Coordinate the approval process for sales offers.
  • Manage printing, signing, and distribution of booking forms.
  • Handle onboarding of new agencies.
  • Draft and finalize agency agreements.
  • Issue Marketing NOCs to registered agencies.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for agencies.
  • Set up WhatsApp groups for communication.
  • Assist sales agents in generating inquiries.
  • Track meetings and update CRM system.
  • Archive booking forms and agency agreements.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support.
