JOB SUMMARY

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in designated systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
