Job Summary

The Sales Officer plays a vital role in driving real estate sales by building a robust broker network, generating leads, and managing client relationships. This position directly supports revenue growth and brand expansion in the ultra-luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and increase broker network in the UAE and internationally.
  • Generate leads through networking and broker companies.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, ensuring a win-win situation for clients and the company.
  • Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the purchasing process and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with top real estate developers in UAE.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Strong network within real estate brokers in Dubai.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
  • Experience in working with UHNWI and HNWI.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian).
  • Certification in real estate sales or brokerage (e.g., RERA).
  • Experience in off-plan property sales.
