A growing retail solutions company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive expansion across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience in the retail fixtures industry and a proven network in procurement and distribution. This position offers an opportunity to shape the retail landscape in the Middle East and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in retail fixtures, shelving, or shopfitting solutions.
• Proven network of procurement managers and distribution partners in the GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets.
• Grow and manage a strong network of retailers and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, logistics, and finance.
