We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager Leisure and Europe to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role you will lead our sales efforts in the leisure sector with a specific focus on European markets. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with handson sales leadership to drive growth and expand our market presence.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the leisure sector in European markets
  • Lead motivate and mentor a highperforming sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the leisure industry
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations in European markets
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 57 years of sales experience in the leisure and travel industry with a focus on European markets
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning budgeting and forecasting
  • Superior negotiation and communication skills
